"During a recent renovation at one of our facilities, we required a CAD layout of a building. We contacted the building owner & town who only had older drawings and nothing electronic. Upon investigation I found Professional Drafting Services who were able to come on site and set up a LiDAR scanning system to provide a 2D drawing of the interior under renovation. The scan provided us exactly what we needed, and we could extract more from data collected such as wall thicknesses, window & door detail, along with elevations and additional detail.
